Anne Tammel has worked in multiple facets of the literary and writing profession for over two decades. In addition to crafting her literary fiction novel, Searching for Amelia, Tammel serves as judge for literary arts organizations and runs Poets and Dreamers (The Orange County Writers), leading the multi-faceted circuit of creative writing workshops that serves over seven hundred writers throughout Southern California. Tammel's poems, articles and essays have been published in numerous publications. Tammel earned her MFA in creative writing at California State University, San Diego, and her BA in English/career writing at California State University, San Jose.
